How do I sign up for a membership plan?Just head over to 'Plans & Pricing', and pick from either a free week trial, or a membership plan. If you click on the 'Select' button, you'll be able to enter your details and complete the checkout process. You will receive an email immediately to confirm your subscription, and will be able to have access to classes right away! Cancel any time by emailing info@annwicken.co.nz

How do I cancel my plan?To cancel your plan, just send an email to info@annwicken.co.nz. You will receive an email notifying you that your plan has been cancelled, and it will give you the end date of your billing period, so you'll know how much longer you have access to the site. No matter what time you cancel, you'll be able to access the video libraries for as long as you have paid for them - the cancelling is not immediate, i.e if you have paid for a month, then cancel, you will be able to access the site for the rest of the month you have paid for.
