  • How do I sign up for a membership plan?
    Just head over to 'Plans & Pricing', and pick from either a free week trial, or a membership plan. If you click on the 'Select' button, you'll be able to enter your details and complete the checkout process. You will receive an email immediately to confirm your subscription, and will be able to have access to classes right away! Cancel any time by emailing info@annwicken.co.nz
  • How do I cancel my plan?
    To cancel your plan, just send an email to info@annwicken.co.nz. You will receive an email notifying you that your plan has been cancelled, and it will give you the end date of your billing period, so you'll know how much longer you have access to the site. No matter what time you cancel, you'll be able to access the video libraries for as long as you have paid for them - the cancelling is not immediate, i.e if you have paid for a month, then cancel, you will be able to access the site for the rest of the month you have paid for.

You are responsible for your condition during your practice. We do not recommend that you attempt any yoga poses or exercises for the first time without suitable experience and/or supervision. This website does not offer medical advice. You should consult a medical practitioner before engaging in any exercise, including yoga practice. This is particularly important if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, have any existing medical conditions or have had any recent surgery.
